Our impact

A billion people are being left out of the AI era. We've already started reaching them.

Our goal is not modest: to bring AI literacy and inclusion to the next billion people the technology would otherwise pass by. This page is not a promise of that future. It is the proof that it has already begun, in real classrooms, real communities, and real organizations across India.

The vision

We're building toward a future where no community is too remote, too rural, or too overlooked to belong in the AI age.

That future is years of work away, and we are honest about that. But visions only matter if someone starts. We have started. What follows is the real work already underway: the places we've listened, the young people we've taught, the organizations we've strengthened, and the voices of the people who've seen it happen. Consider it chapter one.

Chapter one · We listen

Before we teach, we understand

Every place is different. Before we bring AI literacy anywhere, we sit with the students, teachers, and administrators to understand what's actually needed. These are our needs assessments, at ITIs and schools, the quiet, unglamorous first step that makes everything after it real.

[A needs assessment at an ITI in a mid-sized city. Sitting with students to understand where they're starting from. Client to confirm caption.]
[A conversation with teachers at a government school about what technology already reaches their classrooms. Client to confirm caption.]
[Walking through an existing computer lab to understand what infrastructure is already there. Client to confirm caption.]
[A conversation with a school administrator about where AI literacy could fit into the existing curriculum. Client to confirm caption.]
[Students describing their own experience with technology, before any session begins. Client to confirm caption.]
[Taking notes during a needs assessment visit to a rural ITI. Client to confirm caption.]
[A conversation with an ITI's own training staff about where their students are starting from. Client to confirm caption.]
[Reviewing what connectivity and equipment a school actually has, before designing any session. Client to confirm caption.]
[A needs assessment conversation in a school staff room, understanding the gap before proposing anything. Client to confirm caption.]
[Concluding a needs assessment visit with the staff of a government school. Client to confirm caption.]

This is what understanding one institution looks like. The map is wide, and we're just beginning to walk it.

Chapter two · We teach

The moment AI stops being someone else's future

This is the work at its most direct: young people in Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges and schools, many meeting AI for the first time, discovering it's something they can use, not just something happening to them. Every session is one campus. The vision is a thousand more.

[An AI literacy session in a Tier 2 college computer lab. Client to confirm caption.]
[A facilitator demonstrating an AI tool to a full classroom. Client to confirm caption.]
[Students working in small groups on a hands-on exercise. Client to confirm caption.]
[A student trying an AI tool for the first time, screen in focus. Client to confirm caption.]
[Two students collaborating on a shared laptop. Client to confirm caption.]
[A facilitator answering a student's question one-on-one. Client to confirm caption.]
[A classroom of students in a group discussion about what they just learned. Client to confirm caption.]
[Students presenting what they built during the session. Client to confirm caption.]
[An AI literacy session in progress at a Tier 1 college lecture hall. Client to confirm caption.]
[A student's reaction upon getting an AI tool to work for the first time. Client to confirm caption.]
[A facilitator guiding a small group through a prompt-writing exercise. Client to confirm caption.]
[Students at a government school sharing devices to try an AI tool. Client to confirm caption.]
[A full classroom mid-session, hands raised with questions. Client to confirm caption.]
[A facilitator and a small group reviewing session material together. Client to confirm caption.]
[Students leaving a session, still talking through what they just learned. Client to confirm caption.]

Multiply this room by every campus we haven't reached yet. That's the work ahead.

Chapter three · We build

Giving organizations the capability to keep going

Reaching individuals matters. Strengthening the organizations that serve whole communities multiplies it. Through QriusAI Catalyst, we build AI capability inside nonprofits, so the capability stays and compounds long after we leave.

[A nonprofit team building an AI agent together during a Catalyst session. Client to confirm caption.]
[A facilitator working through a real workflow with nonprofit staff. Client to confirm caption.]
[A nonprofit team reviewing a working workflow on a shared screen. Client to confirm caption.]
[Two staff members troubleshooting an agent together. Client to confirm caption.]
[A Catalyst session in progress at a nonprofit's own office. Client to confirm caption.]
[A team lead presenting a completed workflow to their colleagues. Client to confirm caption.]

Chapter four · We listen again

The people who saw it happen

We could tell you the work matters. It's more honest to let the people who watched it happen tell you themselves, the principals, the education officers, the administrators who opened their institutions to us.

These conversations are in the languages our partners actually speak. We've added English subtitles. The authenticity is the point.

This is chapter one

Everything you've just seen is the beginning of the story, not the end of it.

The next billion won't be reached by one foundation running sessions campus by campus. They'll be reached when partners who share the vision help us scale what already works. If you've seen enough to believe it's real, help us write the next chapter.
