QriusAI Catalyst · AI capacity building for nonprofits

Your mission is ready for AI. We make your team ready to run it.

Catalyst is a selective cohort that takes nonprofit teams from curious to capable. You leave able to build and run AI agents and end-to-end workflows for the work you already do: fundraising, grants, research, and storytelling. Not a demo you forget. Capability that stays with you.

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Sponsored spots available for eligible grassroots nonprofits.

Why this, why now

Most AI training hands nonprofits a tool and walks away. The tool goes unused within a month. Capacity building is the opposite bet.

The AI divide isn't really about access to tools. The tools are mostly free. The divide is about capability: knowing what to build, how to make it reliable, and how to fold it into the work your team already does. That knowledge is what the nonprofit sector has been left without.

Catalyst closes that gap directly. We don't run a lecture series. We build working AI agents and workflows alongside your team, on your real use cases, until the capability is yours to keep. When the cohort ends, you don't have notes. You have a running system and the skill to extend it.

What you'll build

Real workflows, built on your real work

Every module ends in something that runs. Here's the capability your team walks away with.

Build your first AI agents.

Go from using chatbots to building agents that do real work: taking instructions, using tools, and completing multi-step tasks on their own.

You leave with working agents, not just an account login.

Design end-to-end agentic workflows.

Chain agents into pipelines that run a whole process start to finish, so a task that took your team a day runs in minutes with a human in the loop where it matters.

You leave with a live end-to-end workflow on one of your real processes.

Automate fundraising and donor work.

Build agentic workflows that draft donor communications, personalize outreach at scale, and keep your pipeline moving without adding headcount.

You leave with a fundraising workflow your team runs weekly.

Win more grants, faster.

Use agents to research funders, match your work to the right calls, and draft grant applications grounded in your own data and voice.

You leave with a grant-writing workflow and a first draft in hand.

Turn research into agent-ready knowledge.

Build workflows that gather, summarize, and structure the research your programs depend on, so evidence is always at your team's fingertips.

You leave with a research workflow feeding your real decisions.

Create visual content with agents.

Set up agentic pipelines for visual storytelling: reports, social content, and campaign assets that hold your brand and your dignity-first voice.

You leave with a visual content workflow producing publishable output.

How the cohort works

A selective cohort, built for real teams

Selective by application.

We take a small number of nonprofits per cohort so every team gets hands-on support. Apply, and we'll assess fit together.

TODO: confirm cohort size if a number is desired later

Built on your real work.

No generic exercises. Every workflow you build uses your actual use cases, so what you make is usable the day the cohort ends.

Hands-on, with your team.

We build alongside your staff, not at them, so the capability lives in your organization, not in a consultant's head.

The capability stays with you.

You leave with running agents and workflows and the skill to extend them. That's the whole point.

The next Catalyst cohort is forming now. Register your interest and we'll be in touch about dates and fit.

Sponsored spots

Cost should never be why a grassroots nonprofit gets left behind

Catalyst is a paid program, and that funding is what lets us do this work well. But the nonprofits closest to the ground are often the ones with the least to spend and the most to gain. So we hold a number of fully sponsored spots in every cohort, offered as grants to eligible grassroots organizations. If that's you, the cost of the cohort should not be what keeps you out.

Sponsored spots are reviewed case by case, with priority for small, community-rooted nonprofits without dedicated technical staff.

TODO: confirm firm eligibility criteria if desired.

Apply for a sponsored spot

For funders and CSR partners

Sponsor a cohort. Put a whole class of grassroots nonprofits through AI capacity building, for free.

When you sponsor a Catalyst cohort, you don't train one organization. You fund fully sponsored spots for grassroots nonprofits that could never afford this on their own, and you do it through a program with a track record of building capability that lasts. It's one of the highest-leverage ways to close the AI divide at the grassroots.
